Character created for a project called El Mundo de Mo (Mo's World).
Here you have the final version (above) which was supposed to have a realistic rendering while at the same time stylized although keeping some proportions to match up the animal's. In the earlier versions (see below) I wanted to use a more caricaturesque approach of the Scarlet Macaw.

My work on the upcoming movie Little Heroes
Here are some images of the work I did for the upcoming 3D animated movie (Pequeños Héroes) Little Heroes by Juan Pablo Buscarini. I worked at the art department, painting the characters, designing some of their additional accesories which later were used as reference by the 3D sculptors and also did some color key work.

I did the animatic for this commercial. A playblast render made with Maya.
The street and main buildings of a location in Silver Lake, Los Angeles, were modeled in scale to sync the camera movements with the soundtrack. Here some screenshots from the Maya playblast:
